Who publishes this site

The Health Guide is published by PremierPMI, a trading style of Tesha Family Ltd. PremierPMI is an insurance broker, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 1029667. You can check that entry on the FCA Register.
What you pay
Nothing. There is no subscription, no paywall and no advertising on this site. We do not sell your data, and we do not take payment for coverage or placement.
How the money is made
If you choose to ask for a quotation, you are directed to PremierPMI. You can also send an enquiry asking PremierPMI to contact you — your details are passed to their team, and what happens next is a regulated service between you and them, not part of this publication. If PremierPMI arranges a policy for you, it may earn commission from the insurer. That commission is what pays for this site.
We are not going to dress that up. A broker funds this site, and the broker earns money when people buy insurance through it. What we can tell you is what that does and does not change.
What it does not change
- What we publish, and what we decline to publish, is an editorial decision, not a commercial one
- No insurer pays for a mention, a ranking or a favourable line
- No sales message appears inside the text of a guide; some guides end with a clearly labelled quote box, placed above the sources
- Where a guide names a price, a wait or a statistic, it comes from a numbered published source
What this site is not
We provide information. We do not give personal advice, and we do not arrange insurance on this site. Quotes and policies are handled by PremierPMI, an FCA-authorised broker. The enquiry form only passes your details to PremierPMI. Nothing here is medical advice either — we link to the NHS and to medical charities for that.
